deposit policy and payment method
- A 20% deposit and a signed copy of the contract are required to confirm a reservation.
- The balance is due one week prior tot he event.
- Additional fees must be paid on the day of the event. be charged.
cancellation policy
- For a cancellation made less than 15 days before the event, 35% of the balance due will be charged to the client.
- For a cancellation made more than 15 days before the event, the deposit will not be refundable, but no other fees will be charged.
other important information
- The choice of caterer is up to the client. Ask for our reference list if needed.
- A liquor license is required.
- The Château bill 10% charges on food.
- The applicant is responsible for damage that could occur to the objects of the Château’s collection and must provide proof of liability insurance of at least 1 (one) million dollars.
- Live flame is prohibited inside the Château (lantern, candles, burners...).
- The availability of rentals varies according to the season.
- From June to September, rentals are available after 6 pm. From October to May, rentals are available after 4 pm.
- The garden is available after 4 pm.
- The conference room is available at all times during the Château’s opening hours.
