CULTURAL PROGRAM LET'S EAT

The Château Ramezay Museum is offering a cultural program featuring culinary and historical discoveries! A complete menu for a successful -- and delicious -- visit!

DELICIOUS SUNDAYS (In French)
Attend lectures on a variety of appetizing themes and further explore the topic during discussion and tasting sessions following each lecture. End the day with a visit to the Let’s Eat! The Traditional Food of Québec exhibit. The tasting and discussion sessions are offered by the ITHQ and Fourquet Fourchette restaurant.

Storyteller Eric Michaud will present an evening of stories on the topic of drinks. And to put words into action, a beer sommelier will give you an opportunity to taste various
craft beers.

LEFT-OVERS

Children become apprentice archaeologists and discover everything that this exciting science can teach us about the eating habits of our ancestors.

BREAD MAKING

Children learn to make bread according to a traditional recipe. Apprentice cooks grate cinnamon, churn butter, cut apples... and taste their delicious baking!
